Hello Baseball Families!
Whatcom Baseball Club will be holding winter workouts for high school players from January 3rd to March 1st, 2026.
The program will be led by Coach Forrest Longanecker with an emphasis on position skills, hitting mechanics, and strength & conditioning, to prepare the player to be fully ready to start the high school season in March.
Enrollment in this program is capped at 22 players on a first come basis. Registration is open now!
Program highlights:
*3-hour Saturday sessions for position work- small group skill blocks, pitcher/catcher battery work.
*Tuesday and Thursday evening hitting sessions- progressive hitting plan moving from mechanics to approach/exit velocity to live ABs.
*Individual return to throwing progression- ensures healthy ramp-up and reduced injury risk while preparing arms for game “load."
*Strength Training- each player will receive a custom strength and conditioning plan delivered through Promethean Sports Performance.
*WBC/Post7 branded hat, long sleeve jersey, and double pocketed workout shorts.
Saturday sessions are 10AM-1PM
Tuesday/Thursday hitting group sessions are between 8PM-9:30PM
22 Player maximum enrollment.
